Meet the Senior Team
Steve has over twenty-five years of management consulting experience. Before founding CG42, he was the Chief Strategy Officer for Organic, a leading Digital Agency. Prior to Organic, Steve was the CEO and CSO of FutureBrand, a leading global Brand Consultancy. He has also held leadership positions at both Marketing Corporation of America and Deloitte & Touche Management Consulting.
Prior to cg42 Hugh founded and led his own boutique strategy consulting firm, Tallents + Co, that merged with cg42 in 2014. He cut his teeth working for over a decade at Interbrand, both in London and latterly in New York. In that time Hugh led the agency’s largest client, AT&T, through the evolution from wireline company to a mobile company that spans everything from automotive to education.
A few example assignments include developing comprehensive brand measurement systems, developing brand portfolio strategy to preserve and capture market share, and developing life-cycle plans to guide long-term brand development.
For the past 15 years Dominik has lived and worked in Germany, London, Switzerland and the USA, and helped shape the strategic direction for a large number of Fortune 100 companies from various industries.
